CharityEngine, Inc. is seeking a Senior Software Technology Support Specialist to join our Tech Support team in supporting nonprofit clients using our CharityEngine SaaS platform.

You will diagnose and resolve complex technical issues, manage client relationships, and contribute to process improvements to ensure client success. You will engage with clients on account management, data processing, authentication, search, and entitlement features, while helping to optimize workflows and provide

• Experience providing technical support for SaaS platforms.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Familiarity with CRM/AMS/ERP systems and data management.

Responsibilities

• Receive and respond to support requests via multiple channels.
• Troubleshoot mid-level to complex issues in the CharityEngine SaaS platform.
• Coordinate upgrades and training with clients and internal teams.
• Maintain service levels and up-to-date knowledge base.
