U.S. Bank is seeking a SaaS Security Configuration Manager to lead a team of analysts and engineers, defining strategies to monitor and improve security configuration across SaaS apps used by the bank.

The role partners with Information Security and risk teams to drive remediation, establish scalable processes, and ensure regulatory compliance in a large, regulated environment. The position offers impactful work with enterprise SaaS platforms and teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of progressive leadership or technical leadership experience in SaaS security or related fields.
• Proven success implementing or leading security configuration or SaaS security functions.
• Understanding of security configuration risks in SaaS technologies (identity, authentication, authorization, etc.).
• Experience establishing or operating security monitoring across a broad portfolio of SaaS technologies.
• Experience with SSPM or comparable technologies.

Responsibilities

• Translate SaaS security principles and configuration standards into actionable monitoring, engineering, and remediation activities.
• Develop and maintain a risk-oriented SaaS security configuration strategy and roadmap.
• Define security configuration expectations for SaaS platforms (IAM, MFA, data protection, logging, etc.).
• Own the execution scope for SaaS security configuration monitoring and posture management.
• Establish processes for identifying configuration weaknesses and deviations from security expectations.
• Define and measure success criteria for SaaS configuration risk reduction and remediation effectiveness.
• Partner with application owners and risk functions to prioritize remediation.
• Establish scalable approaches for evaluating SaaS platforms by risk and data sensitivity.
