Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a SaaS Security Configuration Manager to lead a team of analysts and engineers.

You will define стратегic scope, monitor configuration practices, and drive remediation across a diverse SaaS ecosystem in a highly regulated environment. The role partners with Information Security, technology teams, and business stakeholders to establish scalable security configuration requirements, quantify risk, and communicate program objectives to partners and customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of progressive leadership or technical leadership experience in SaaS security or related fields.
• Experience leading security configuration and SaaS security programs.
• Understanding of SaaS security risks including identity, authentication, and data exposure.
• Experience with monitoring across a broad SaaS portfolio.
• Knowledge of SSPM or similar security monitoring platforms.
• Industry security certifications such as CISSP, CCSP, CISM, or cloud security certs.

Responsibilities

• Translate SaaS security principles into monitoring, engineering, and remediation activities.
• Develop a risk-oriented SaaS security configuration strategy and roadmap.
• Define security configuration expectations for SaaS platforms (IAM, MFA, data protection, API access, etc.).
• Own execution scope for monitoring and posture management across SaaS platforms.
• Establish processes for identifying configuration weaknesses and drift.
• Measure success and remediation progress across the SaaS security program.
• Collaborate with owners, IT, security architecture, and risk functions to prioritize remediation.
• Foster scalable approaches evaluating SaaS platforms by risk and criticality.
• Mentor and grow technical talent across SaaS security disciplines.
• Ensure security practices meet regulatory and audit obligations.
