Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience delivering SaaS platform solutions.
• Demonstrable record of client implementations.
• Hands-on experience with budget management, RAID logs, and executive level status reporting.
• Experience working with clients and managing client-facing projects.
• Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, planning and execution skills.
• Experience managing development teams and working in global teams.
• Team player, friendly, and able to adjust to changing priorities with aplomb.
• Financial or Fintech experience.
• Positive attitude with a proven ability to foster relationships.
• Proactive work ethic with minimal supervision.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Hybrid/in-office role requiring regular presence at NYC headquarters.
• Collaborate in-person with teams at our New York City office to drive initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Manage full project life cycle from definition and scoping to production migration.
• Communicate status, change management and issue resolution across Ninth Wave and client teams.
• Coordinate and manage internal Ninth Wave teams’ activities related to client projects.
• Minimize project risk by removing blockers and issues.
• Lead client relationships, including C-suite, across client organizations.
• Matrix manage project resources and own project success and client satisfaction.
• Contribute to evolution of the Project Management Office with best practices and tools.
