Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Customer-facing responsibilities: solve complex challenges during client implementations, align configurations to requirements, provide expert guidance to consultants, and document new approaches for training.
• Internal responsibilities: drive continuous improvement, share product insights with teams, explore AI opportunities, and contribute to product direction.
