Job summary

Blue Yonder is seeking Solution Architects to lead implementations of Transportation Management solutions for Fortune 500 clients across the Americas. You will design best-in-class TMS configurations, liaise with customers, PMs and technical teams, and drive value realization.

The role requires deep domain knowledge, strong analytical skills, and the ability to manage scope and timelines while identifying extension opportunities. Travel within the US is required.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in Blue Yonder’s Transportation Management Systems or similar implementations.
Customer-facing experience leading requirements, software solution design, and stakeholder buy-in.
Familiarity with APIs, SQL basics, and report writing.

Responsibilities

Drive design, optimization, and implementation of TMS solutions for customers.
Apply domain knowledge to configure and deliver solutions meeting business processes.
Lead solution design with clear constructs, validation tasks, and timelines.
Guide system integration, UAT, and deployment for smooth handover to steady state.
Balance scope, timeline, and requirements to maximize value and satisfaction.
Identify opportunities for incremental revenue with existing customers.
