Job summary

Bluecrux is seeking a Solution Architect to drive Binocs deployments for quality laboratories and CGT production. You will balance deep technical design with delivery excellence, collaborating with clients, consultants, and product teams.

With at least 3 years of SaaS implementation experience, you will own end-to-end solution design, support scalable configurations, and travel globally in a hybrid role. Join a fast-paced, collaborative team shaping product and delivery methods.

Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on SaaS implementation experience (minimum 3 years).
• Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and documents solutions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client and internal stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of SaaS platforms and IT systems; SQL familiarity is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end solution design for complex client scenarios across Binocs deployments.
• Align customer requirements with product capabilities through tailored configurations and QA.
• Support consultants, handle escalations, and document new approaches for team training.
• Identify opportunities to improve delivery, train consultants, and contribute to product strategy.
