Job summary

Ping Identity Corporation is seeking a skilled support engineer for our Global Support Organization to serve premium customers, troubleshoot SaaS applications, and ensure SLAs are met. The role includes on-call rotations across the global team and collaboration with engineers to resolve complex issues.

The ideal candidate has experience with SSO protocols, cloud identity technologies, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Experience with SaaS applications and platforms
• Familiarity with SSO protocols (SAML, OAuth, OpenID) and security concepts
• Experience with React, Angular, or Vue is a plus
• Understanding of PKI, X.509, TLS/SSL

Responsibilities

• Serve as dedicated engineer for premium Ping Identity customers, with regular calls and troubleshooting sessions
• Reproduce and investigate issues in a lab environment
• Manage customer expectations and ensure SLAs are met
• Communicate progress to customers via phone, email, and online meetings
• Contribute to knowledge base and share knowledge with team
