Lattice is seeking an experienced Senior Contracts Manager to independently manage a broad portfolio of customer, vendor, and strategic agreements while advising teams across the company. You’ll resolve issues, apply playbooks, and use AI-assisted workflows to accelerate contracting processes, balancing risk with customer experience and business velocity.

This highly cross-functional role partners with Sales, Deal Desk, Privacy, Security, Finance, Product, Partnerships, Marketing, and other

Qualifications

• Five or more years negotiating and managing commercial technology agreements.
• Experience leading customer-facing SaaS negotiations and related documents.
• Experience reviewing technology vendor and procurement agreements.
• Ability to apply playbooks and policies with practical escalation guidance.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, negotiate, and manage a high volume of commercial agreements.
• Lead SaaS order forms, terms of service, MSAs, DPAs, SLAs, amendments, and renewals.
• Review vendor and service-provider agreements with Procurement, Privacy, Security, Finance, and business owners.
• Support technology partnerships, integrations, and marketing relationships.
• Serve as liaison between Legal and business stakeholders with guidance on risk and escalation paths.
• Use AI tools to accelerate contract review and drafting, and improve reporting.
