Job summary

TELESOFT LLC DBA CALERO is seeking an experienced Contracts Lead to support and oversee the company’s commercial contracting function. This role will manage a high volume of incoming contracts, drive timely review and negotiation, and partner closely with Sales and cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience negotiating SaaS and technology agreements, strong drafting and redlining skills, and experience with CLM systems.

Qualifications

• 5+ years negotiating commercial contracts in SaaS/tech environments.
• Experience with CLM systems and negotiating SaaS/technology contracts.
• Bachelor’s degree; CPCM or similar certifications valued.

Responsibilities

• Review, draft, redline, negotiate, and manage SaaS, customer, vendor, NDA, order forms, amendments, and partnerships.
• Coordinate contract requests to ensure timely review, prioritization, negotiation, approval, and execution.
• Negotiate terms directly with customers, vendors, and partners through written and live negotiations.
• Partner with Sales, Legal, Finance, Security, Product, and Ops to enable efficient contract execution while managing risk.
• Utilize CLM systems to track and organize contracts and workflows.
• Develop, maintain, revise contract playbooks, fallback language, templates, and negotiation guidance.
• Identify and elevate legal, operational, financial, and compliance risks as appropriate.
• Assist with contracting metrics, reporting, training, and stakeholder guidance.
