Job summary

Evolent Health is seeking a Sr SaaS Administrator to manage the full lifecycle of our SaaS applications, with a focus on AI-powered automation, security, and governance in a HIPAA-compliant environment. You will oversee Jira, Jira Service Management, Confluence, CMDB, and Statuspage, and design intelligent workflows.

You will collaborate with digital workplace engineering and security teams, implement AI capabilities, extend platform functionality with APIs, and mentor colleagues in automation

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field.
3+ years in IT operations and SaaS administration.
Proven experience with AI and scripting (Python/PowerShell/REST).
Familiarity with ITSM, IAM, CMDB systems.
Knowledge of SOC2 and HIPAA compliance.
Able to manage multiple complex projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Manage the full lifecycle of SaaS applications, with AI-powered automation.
Administer Jira, JSM, Confluence, CMDB, Statuspage; extend with APIs.
Design and implement AI capabilities and intelligent workflows.
Collaborate with security teams to document SaaS configuration and controls.
Support IT processes and drive adoption of automated solutions.
Prepare knowledgebase articles and report SaaS usage/costs.
