Job summary

Evolent is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead AI initiatives and shape a product vision across the organization, starting with the Auth Intelligence application. You will work with data science, clinical, operational, and engineering teams to transform operations through AI-driven products.

The role emphasizes product and project management expertise, strong communication, and experience delivering healthcare software.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum 5-7+ years of product management experience in healthcare software.
• Proven track record launching and managing complex software products.
• Ability to define strategy, roadmap, and go-to-market plans.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making.
• Exceptional communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies.
• Proficiency with PM tools (JIRA, Confluence, Aha!)

Responsibilities

• Lead the product lifecycle from strategy to launch and post-launch analysis.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and gather customer feedback.
• Define vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with company goals.
• Translate requirements into product specs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with engineering and design to deliver features on time.
• Prioritize backlog and manage resource allocation for timely delivery.
• Develop go-to-market strategies, messaging, and sales enablement.
• Monitor performance metrics and drive iterative improvements.
• Communicate product value to internal and external stakeholders.
• Mentor junior product managers and team members.
• Lead AI product strategy and GenAI-enabled capabilities roadmap.
• Partner with data science to define scalable AI architectures and evaluation frameworks.
• Define success for pilots and proof-of-concepts for new tech.
• Set governance, model quality expectations, and user adoption measures.
