Supports day-to-day duties of S3 personnel, draws on deep CNO and intelligence knowledge to shape policy, and leads both civilian and military teams to fulfill battalion missions.

Qualifications

• Specialized experience in managing CNO/SIGINT workflows.
• Ability to provide strategic guidance on SIGINT and targeting initiatives.
• Experience coordinating complex CNO programs with intelligence partners.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Senior S3 civilian and principal advisor to the 780th MI Brigade S3 Cyber Battalion.
• Manage development, planning, integration, and coordination of operations to meet mission goals.
• Provide expert planning and execution advice to the commander and S3 on SIGINT, CNO, and targeting.
• Oversee day-to-day administrative, logistical, technical, and programmatic duties of S3 personnel.
• Draw upon deep knowledge of CNO, signals intelligence, and allied disciplines to develop policy.
• Commit resources and guide directions to fulfill broad CNO-related objectives.
• Supervise civilians, military, and contractors performing Battalion support functions.
