Job summary

Base-2 Solutions seeks a senior all-source intelligence professional to produce assessments and briefings supporting USCYBERCOM with SIGINT integration. You will analyze threats, develop indicators, and support cyber planning with ICD 203 standards.

Qualified candidates hold a related advanced degree with extensive experience, possess Top Secret/SCI clearance with CI polygraph, and are proficient in Palantir, MIDB, and other command systems. Fort Meade site role with travel possible.

Qualifications

• Experience applying IC/DOD tradecraft in analytic reporting.
• Ability to conduct rigorous research and defend judgments.
• Ability to work independently with minimal oversight.
• Knowledge of IC and DoD classification guidelines and procedures.
• Certification or experience aligned with DoD Directive 8570.01 for IAT/IAM I.

Responsibilities

• Produce senior-level all-source intelligence assessments and briefings.
• Characterize cyber threats, adversary activity, and TTPs.
• Support offensive and defensive cyber planning and execution.
• Coordinate with IC partners and command stakeholders.
• Utilize Palantir, MIDB, Intellipedia, CyberCOP, and related systems.
