SOSi seeks a Senior Cyber Defense Analyst Lead to orchestrate cyber operations at the INDOPACOM Network Security Operations Center, leveraging AI-enhanced threat detection and private cloud technologies to defend critical missions.

You will mentor analysts, coordinate cross-functional response efforts, and ensure timely reporting to leadership and mission partners while maintaining RMF/CSSP alignment and robust incident handling.

Formación

• Active TS/SCI clearance (in-scope).
• DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification within 180 days of hire.
• Minimum 5+ years in SOC/Cyber defense with incident response and threat hunting.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as senior analyst and shift lead guiding monitoring priorities and investigations.
• Coordinate shift-level cyber defense response during alerts, outages, and incidents.
• Validate detections from AI-assisted SOC tools and enterprise platforms.
• Lead initial incident triage, containment, and handoff across shifts.
• Mentor junior analysts in detection analysis, threat hunting, and response procedures.
• Act as liaison among analysts, engineers, NetOps, and mission partners to refine playbooks and workflows.
• Conduct threat hunting using TTPs, threat intel, and anomaly indicators.
• Ensure documentation of incidents, case updates, and lessons learned per SOPs.
