Job summary

RiseNow is seeking an experienced Advisor to lead client engagements across procurement, Source-to-Pay (S2P), and business transformation initiatives. You will translate client objectives into practical recommendations, deliver high-quality advisory services, and help clients achieve measurable outcomes.

The role requires strong consulting and S2P domain knowledge, plus executive-level communication and the ability to build trusted client relationships.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant professional experience in consulting, procurement, or related transformation.
• 3+ years in Source-to-Pay/procurement transformation or consulting preferred.
• Experience presenting to senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of S2P processes and leading platforms.
• Ability to travel based on client and project needs.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders throughout advisory engagements.
• Lead or support workshops, assessments, strategy development, and business cases.
• Develop actionable client recommendations and deliverables.
• Manage project scope, schedule, and budget with delivery teams.
• Collaborate across Advisory, Delivery, PMO, Sales and other teams.
