Clearsulting LLC is seeking a Consulting Director, Source to Pay to lead procurement, supply chain, and financial operations transformations. You will guide executive-level engagements, oversee multiple client projects, and mentor teams to deliver measurable value. Hybrid or remote work options support travel up to 40%.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience managing and developing teams.
• 5+ years overseeing consultants or managers.
• Deep domain knowledge across procurement and supply chain processes.
• Broad understanding of Source‑to‑Pay platforms.
• Strong executive communication skills.
• Ability to lead complex, high-visibility initiatives.
• Experience shaping pursuit strategies and executive‑level presentations.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership across complex procurement, supply chain, and financial operations transformations.
• Oversee multiple concurrent client engagements ensuring delivery excellence across assessments, operating model redesign, technology enablement, vendor selection, process optimization, and large-scale finance and accounting transformations.
• Lead, develop, and scale high-performing consulting teams, setting clear expectations, coaching emerging leaders, and ensuring consistent application of methodologies and quality standards.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior executives, shaping strategic agendas, framing complex business challenges, and influencing decision-making at the C-suite and SVP level.
• Drive business growth, identifying new opportunities, shaping pursuit strategies, developing proposals, and leading executive-level presentations and pitches.
• Provide leadership on procurement and financial operations, bringing forward insights on market trends, digital solutions, operating model innovations, and leading practices.
• Strengthen internal capabilities, optimizing delivery frameworks, knowledge assets, and operational processes to improve scalability, efficiency, and team productivity.
