Job summary

Clearsulting LLC is seeking a Consulting Director, Source to Pay to lead high‑impact procurement and finance transformations for major clients in North America. You will guide strategic vision, oversee complex engagements, and shape operating models, vendor selections, and process improvements.

You’ll manage senior teams, coach leaders, and collaborate with C‑suite stakeholders to drive value realization, growth, and scalable delivery while upholding Clearsulting's core values.

Qualifications

• 5+ years overseeing consultants or managers.
• Deep procurement and supply chain domain knowledge.
• Proven leadership experience navigating complex, high-visibility initiatives.
• Exceptional executive communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership across procurement, supply chain, and financial operations transformations.
• Oversee multiple concurrent client engagements with delivery excellence across assessments, operating model redesign, and process optimization.
• Lead, develop, and scale consulting teams with coaching and quality standards.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior executives, shaping strategic agendas at the C-suite and SVP levels.
• Drive business growth by identifying opportunities, shaping pursuits, and leading executive-level presentations.
• Provide leadership on market trends, digital solutions, and operating model innovations.
• Strengthen internal capabilities to improve scalability and efficiency.
