BD is seeking a Senior Manager, Source to Contract to analyze demand and deliver Technology & Digital Solutions. You will partner with Procurement and SMEs to shape priorities, manage complex programs, and align with BD’s enterprise roadmaps.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree and 10+ years in a business or IT role with procurement focus.
• Proficiency with SDLC documentation, testing, release protocols, and stakeholders.
• Experience across S2P, sourcing, contracting, supplier management and analytics.

Aufgaben

• Partner with Source to Contract leaders to understand priorities and deliverables.
• Lead large, complex programs with minimal supervision (>Million $).
• Coordinate with multiple companies to ensure contractual alignment of roles/responsibilities.
• Identify improvement opportunities and create roadmaps for indirect procurement.
• Manage risks, communicate progress, and ensure first-time-right quality.
• Drive adoption of new technology and processes across the organization.
