• Develop deep knowledge of the procurement end‑to‑end source-to-pay process and key projects.
• Manage large and complex programs (> $1M) in source-to-contract with limited supervision.
• Collaborate with Business Process Owners to identify improvement opportunities and roadmaps.
• Ensure solutions are integrated with BD’s enterprise roadmaps and not siloed.
