BD is seeking a Senior Manager, Source to Contract in the USA to lead demand analysis and deliver Technology & Digital Solutions within Procurement. You will partner with business, IT and SI teams to shape roadmaps, coordinate cross-functional efforts and ensure timely, high-quality outcomes aligned with BD’s enterprise strategy.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 10+ years of experience in a business or IT role with focus in Procurement.
• Proficiency in SDLC documentation, testing, release cycles, requirements, cutover and project planning.
• Proficiency in project management basics including charter, business case, schedule, stakeholders, and risk management.
• Experience across Procurment: Sourcing, Contracting, Supplier Management; Purchasing, Receiving, Invoicing and Analytics/Risk/Diversity.

Responsabilidades

• Develop deep knowledge of end-to-end source-to-pay process, roadmaps and projects.
• Establish value-adding partner relationships for the TGS function.
• Manage large and complex programs >$1M with limited supervision.
• Coordinate multi-company delivery ensuring contract alignment on roles and responsibilities.
• Identify improvements and create roadmaps for indirect procurement.
• Lead the program to deliver first-time-right quality implementations.
• Identify risks and escalate when necessary.
• Build trust and resources within the team to solve problems.
• Ensure solutions are integrated with BD’s enterprise roadmaps and avoid silos.
• Execute projects with progress reporting, change management, readiness and go-live support.
• Measure value through defined metrics and continuous improvement.
