Job summary

Vertex Pharmaceuticals is seeking an experienced senior business leader to own S2C process and platform enablement. You will shape end-to-end sourcing, contracting, and supplier risk management, aligning process design with digital and AI-enabled capabilities to improve user experience and speed to value.

In partnership with Legal, Category Management, IT, and COE towers, you will drive governance, templates, and policy adherence while delivering a scalable operating model and measurable KPIs

Qualifications

• 8+ years enabling Source-to-Contract processes and platforms.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing, contract lifecycle, approvals, and supplier engagement.
• Hands-on with requirements definition, UAT, enablement enhancements, and training.
• Experience with Coupa Sourcing, Icertis, and Process Unity.

Responsibilities

• S2C process and platform ownership across sourcing events, awards, and contract lifecycle.
• Lead enablement roadmap, backlog, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage change, release readiness, testing, and go-live activities.
• Advance controls, compliance, and contract integrity with legal and risk partners.
• Enable supplier participation with templates and guidance.
• Collaborate with Central Operations and execution teams for stable operations.
• Partner with COEs to standardize standards and ensure data-driven KPIs.
