Job summary

Tech-Marine Business (TMB) seeks a Senior Science & Technology (S&T) Analyst to support Surface Navy modernization and technology transition with NAVSEA. You will analyze emerging technologies, develop roadmaps, and coordinate with ONR, DARPA, and NAVSEA stakeholders to drive transition opportunities.

The role requires deep understanding of Navy organizations, technology transition processes, and the interaction between research and acquisition programs. Active security clearance is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Physical Science, Naval Architecture, Marine Engineering, Systems Engineering, Technology Management, or a related technical discipline.
• Master’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support Surface Navy science and technology strategies, roadmaps, and investment priorities.
• Research, analyze, and assess emerging technologies with applicability to naval modernization, sustainment, maintenance, and readiness initiatives.
• Coordinate with NAVSEA, OPNAV, ONR, DARPA, DoD organizations, and industry partners to identify capability gaps and technology opportunities.
• Assist in developing technology insertion strategies and transition plans that align with Navy and OSD priorities.
• Develop technology transition roadmaps and transition agreements.
