• 10+ years in planning/operations and people leadership experience.
• Typically 10+ years in planning, operations, finance, strategy or related areas.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving with business acumen.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, stakeholder management and project/risk management.
• Coaching and change leadership experience with team development.
• Ability to communicate abstract ideas and manage complex projects.
• Broad business and technical understanding across multiple areas.
• Strong project management, time/risk management and stakeholder consulting.
• Ability to develop human capital to drive workforce development.

Aufgaben

• Lead team-wide JBAS forecast quality, cadence and supply plan controls.
• Roll out Planner of the Future capabilities: digital workflows, AI/ML governance, data quality.
• Set goals and succession plans for Specialist to Master levels; manage performance and workload.
• Partner with Fulfillment on order scheduling and customer commitments.
