Hewlett Packard Enterprise seeks a Sr Mgr of S&OP to drive global supply chain and procurement strategies. The position supports a hybrid work model with a requirement to work from an HPE office on average 2 days per week. Knowledge of English and local languages is essential.

Qualifications

• First level university degree or equivalent; advanced degree preferred.
• Typically 10+ years in a supply chain function or related fields.
• Typically 2-4 years of people management experience.

• Lead senior-level exempt staff and people managers with strategic impact.
• Hire, coach, and develop staff; ensure tools support processes.
• Deliver products and services meeting senior metrics and performance targets.
