Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise seeks a Senior Supply Planning Manager to lead a team accountable for trusted SKU-level supply forecasts, constraint management, and inventory optimization. The role focuses on translating enterprise strategy into execution with a hybrid work model, requiring about 2 days per week in an HPE office.

As a Manager_2 level, you will guide Demand/Supply processes, develop talent, and collaborate with Fulfillment to meet customer commitments while advancing planning

Qualifications

• Progressive supply planning and people leadership experience.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem solving.
• Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management.
• Ability to communicate abstract ideas clearly and manage complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead team-wide JBAS forecast quality, cadence, controls and supply assumptions.
• Drive the Future capability rollout: digital workflows, scenario planning, AI/ML governance, automation and data quality.
• Set goals and talent plans; manage performance, hiring and development.
• Partner with Fulfillment on order scheduling while maintaining supply planning accountability for the forecast.
