Job summary

Micron Technology is seeking a Senior Manager for Sales & Operations Planning to lead cross‑functional planning, align demand, supply and financial objectives, and enable rapid decision making for a complex global supply chain.

You will drive consensus-based decisions, own supply/demand balancing, and develop executive‑level materials highlighting risks, opportunities and tradeoffs. AI-driven improvements are encouraged.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• 8+ years of experience in supply chain planning, S&OP or IBP.
• Strong analytical, storytelling and executive communication skills.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional planning forums.
• Ability to evaluate trade-offs and decide in uncertainty.
• Experience with Kinaxis RapidResponse or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead the monthly S&OP / IBP cycle with cross-functional teams.
• Drive data-driven decision making and scenario planning.
• Own demand/supply balancing, allocation and gap mitigation.
• Develop executive-ready materials on risks and opportunities.
• Enable planning agility through automation and analytics.
• Mentor and develop planners; set planning standards.
• Lead and manage analysts/planners; set goals and monitor
• Apply AI to improve planning processes.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business

Master's Degree in related field
