Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager to lead the Planning Intelligence team within the Enterprise Planning Solutions (EPS) organization.

This role blends AI/GenAI leadership with supply chain planning expertise to drive autonomous planning across Micron's supply chain ecosystem. You will lead a hybrid team of Industry Analysts, Data Scientists, and Solution Architects, partnering with SAP, Kinaxis, and Blue Yonder experts to scale the Planning Intelligence layer and deliver

Qualifications

• Sufficient understanding of supply chain planning concepts - demand, supply, inventory, order promising, IBP - to frame AI problems accurately
• Proven experience leading AI, GenAI, or advanced analytics programs from ideation to production at scale
• Strong understanding of AI/ML architectures, agentic systems, and LLM-based workflows
• Familiarity with planning platforms (Blue Yonder, Kinaxis, SAP IBP) as context for embedding AI
• Understanding of modern data platforms (Snowflake, data products, semantic layers)

Responsibilities

• AI-Led Planning Transformation: Define and own the Planning Intelligence roadmap and AI adoption across planning domains.
• EPS Team Integration & Org Collaboration: Align with SAP, Kinaxis, Blue Yonder expertise and govern data products in Snowflake.
• Executive Leadership: Translate AI capabilities into measurable planning outcomes for executives.
• Team Leadership & Capability Building: Lead a hybrid team and foster outcome ownership across AI initiatives.
