Job summary

Micron Technology, a world leader in memory and storage solutions, seeks a Senior S&OP Manager to lead cross-functional planning across demand, supply and finance on a global scale. You will drive the monthly S&OP/IBP cycle with BUs, Sales, Finance, Manufacturing, and Engineering teams, develop executive-ready materials, and mentor a team of analysts while advancing planning with automation and AI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years in supply chain planning, S&OP, IBP or planning systems.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional planning forums.
• Strong analytical, storytelling, and executive communication skills.
• Demonstrated problem solving and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to evaluate trade-off and make decision in uncertain environment.

Responsibilities

The Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) Senior Manager will lead cross-functional planning processes to align demand, supply, and financial objectives across the organization. This role is critical to enabling decision velocity, scenario-based planning, and executive-level tradeoff recommendations in a complex, global supply environment.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in supply chain planning, S&OP, IBP or Planning Systems.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in semiconductor, high-tech, or complex global manufacturing environments.
• Master's Degree in Supply chain, Engineering, Business or related field.
• Hands-on experience with Kinaxis RapidResponse or similar tools.
• Exposure to automation, AI, or advanced analytics in planning.
