Job summary

Qualifications

• Ph.D. in Statistics, Data Science, Epidemiology, or related field with 6+ years of pharma/biotech experience, preferably in real-world evidence.
• Experience with drug development processes and applying innovative statistical thinking.
• Experience using RWD (electronic health records, claims, registries) in observational research.
• Proficiency in R and SQL with applied observational data work.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and analysis of non-interventional studies, ensuring methodological rigor.
• Develop and refine statistical analysis plans and communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Present analyses at conferences/publications and advise on regulatory submissions.
• Contribute to RWE strategy and advanced biostatistical methods development.
• Provide biostatistical support during regulatory interactions and guidance.
