Qualifications

• At least 6 years of professional software engineering experience.
• 3+ years hands-on Rust development in production.
• Strong knowledge of Rust ownership, borrowing, lifetimes, traits, generics, and macros.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop high-performance Rust services for large-scale distributed systems.
• Build networking applications using TCP, UDP, HTTP/2, gRPC, WebSockets, and QUIC.
• Develop concurrent applications with Rust’s async ecosystem and resilient services.
• Optimize CPU and memory use, thread scheduling, and overall performance.
• Integrate services with enterprise messaging platforms and databases; implement secure APIs (OAuth2, JWT, OpenID Connect, mTLS).
• Collaborate with DevOps on CI/CD and infrastructure automation.
