We are a remote-first company with operations across North America, Europe, the Middle East, and APAC, emphasizing authenticity and trust. You will design high-performance Rust-backed services in a security-focused environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years backend experience in fast-paced teams.
• 3+ years with PostgreSQL.
• 3+ years with Elasticsearch and microservices.
• Solid Rust proficiency.
• Familiar with VLAN, SDN, VXLAN networking.
• Experience integrating with third-party devices and data providers.
• Experience incorporating AI tools into workflows.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement robust, high-performance Rust systems.
• Optimize software architectures for speed and efficiency.
• Participate in all phases of the development lifecycle including debugging and optimization.
• Stay informed on Rust, security, and software design principles to foster continuous learning.
• Share feedback within our peer review process.
