Job summary

Momentum Engineering, Inc. seeks a Rules Analyst to support mission compliance by analyzing legal and policy documents and translating obligations into controls, system requirements, and machine-readable rules.

The role collaborates with customers and stakeholders to interpret authorities and develop guidance for automation of compliance processes. The ideal candidate has extensive experience with Intelligence Community authorities, privacy compliance, and the ability to create structured rules

Qualifications

Active TS/SCI clearance with NSA Full Scope Polygraph is required.
10–15 years of relevant experience supporting programs involving customer authorities.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline such as law, a technical field, library science, or related area from an accredited college or university.
Master’s degree or J.D. may substitute for two years of experience, reducing the requirement to 8–13 years.
Four additional years of relevant experience may substitute for the bachelor’s degree, for a total of 14–19 years of experience.
J.D. and at least five years of experience in IC privacy compliance.

Responsibilities

Analyze legal and policy documents to extract key information per guides and authorities.
Identify compliance obligations in legal, regulatory, and policy documents.
Translate obligations into controls, system requirements, and machine-readable rules for automation.
Engage with customers to understand problems and clarify requirements.
Provide SME input in policy, procedures, and guidance for mission compliance.
Develop and maintain user guides and other documentation.
