Oak Leaf Solutions invites a detail-driven Rules Analyst to transform complex legal and policy requirements into actionable guidance for U.S. Government customers.

You will work at the intersection of compliance, technology, and mission support, contributing to automated solutions that strengthen national security. Ideal candidates will analyze documents, identify obligations, and produce reports and briefings for diverse audiences.

Qualifications

• Requires 10 years of relevant experience in programs involving Customer authorities; Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline from an accredited college or university.
• A Master's degree or J.D. may be substituted for two years of experience, reducing the requirement to eight years.
• Four additional years of experience may be substituted for a Bachelor's degree for a total of 14 years.

Responsibilities

• Analyze legal and policy documents to extract key information per established guides and procedures.
• Identify compliance obligations in legal and policy documents.
• Prepare reports, responses, and briefings for diverse audiences.
• Analyze compliance obligations to identify, design, and maintain controls, system requirements, and machine-readable rules for automation.
• Provide subject matter expertise to policy and guidance development.
• Create and maintain user guide documentation for analyzing legal and policy documents.
• Demonstrate familiarity with Customer authorities through practical experience.
