Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of professional Ruby on Rails development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Ruby and object-oriented programming.
• Hands-on experience with Ruby on Rails and MVC architecture.
• Experience with PostgreSQL or MySQL and Active Record.
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and backend development.
• Familiarity with RSpec, Minitest, Git, and debugging tools.
• Ability to work with existing codebases and distributed engineering teams.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities
