• Profile GitLab CI memory use and chase down leaks on Federal Way nodes.
• Identify bottlenecks and propose architectural improvements proactively.
• Decide when to buy CI/CD versus build it for the WA stack.
• Lead the Innovation migration to retire the legacy stack.
