Job summary

Tory Burch is seeking a Sr. Associate, Production, RTW to manage end-to-end RTW production, ensuring on-time deliveries within cost targets and aligned with Tory Burch aesthetics and quality standards.

Collaborating with design, merchandising, product development, sourcing, logistics, and factory teams, you will drive calendar milestones, PO processing, and BOM accuracy while addressing material, quality, and compliance issues across the production lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 4+ years in production or sourcing in luxury fashion.
• Experience in Ready-to-Wear production lifecycle and calendar management.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with design, merchandising, and factories.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end production process for RTW category and cost targets.
• Manage calendars, POs, factory allocation, and delivery tracking.
• Maintain PLM data integrity with merch and PD teams.
• Issue POs on time via SAP and update delivery dates.
• Coordinate BOM updates with design, materials, and overseas teams.
• Attend fittings and advise on cost, aesthetics and schedules.
