Job summary

Tory Burch is seeking a Sr. Associate of Raw Materials to partner with Design and Manager of Raw Materials in sourcing on-brand leathers for footwear. You will manage material development, records, standards, and costs, and oversee libraries and overseas production teams to meet deadlines.

You will lead cross-functional collaboration, monitor materials from prototype through SMS, and ensure RS and performance compliance while driving cost-effective choices aligned with seasonal calendars.

Qualifications

• BS/BA/BFA degree required.
• 3+ years in raw materials, sourcing, materials development or related function preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; able to manage multiple priorities.
• Effective communicator and collaborative partner across cross-functional teams.
• Comfortable working in PLM and related systems to maintain accurate data.

Responsibilities

• Schedules, tracks, and reports on all requested materials.
• Collaborate with design to update seasonal color palettes and lab dips.
• Coordinate supplier SMS material orders and monitor delivery.
• Maintain approved standards (quality, colors, variation) to suppliers and overseas teams.
