Job summary

Tory Burch seeks a visionary VP of Merchandising for Ready-to-Wear (RTW) to define and execute the global merchandising strategy. You will drive seasonal assortments, growth, inventory health, and margins while aligning with brand positioning and consumer trends.

The role partners with design, planning, marketing, retail, and e-commerce to deliver cohesive product visions and drive profitability across channels. Strong leadership and global market experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Merchandising or equivalent; 15+ years of Merchandising experience, RTW expertise required.
• 7+ years of experience managing teams across multiple disciplines.
• Previous experience in Global Merchandising (having directly worked with Design & Product Development is required)

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the long-term global merchandising strategy for Ready-to-Wear across all channels (retail, e-commerce, wholesale).
• Lead seasonal line planning, ensuring SKU productivity, pricing, and margin targets.
• Partner with design to develop trend-right collections meeting financial goals.
• Oversee end-to-end product lifecycle from concept to exit strategy.
