Job summary

Tory Burch is seeking a Sr. Associate, Production, RTW in New York to support the end-to-end production of Ready-to-Wear. You will ensure on-time delivery within cost targets while upholding Tory Burch’s aesthetic and quality standards.

You will partner with design, merchandising, product development, sourcing, logistics, and factories to manage calendars, PO creation, costing, BOM updates, and system accuracy in PLM and SAP. Experience in luxury fashion production is required.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 4+ years in product development, sourcing, or production within luxury fashion.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end production processes for RTW.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end production for Ready-to-Wear, ensuring on-time delivery within cost targets and brand standards.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with design, merchandising, product development, sourcing, and logistics.
• Manage calendars, purchase orders, factory allocation, costing, and BOM updates in PLM/SAP.
• Troubleshoot issues, track deliveries, and maintain data integrity across systems.
