Job summary

Tory Burch is seeking an Assistant to support the Production Team, handling PO issuance, maintenance, delivery reports, and sample orders under the guidance of senior leadership. You will monitor production from PO placement to warehouse receipt, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.

Ideal candidates have 0-2 years in fashion product management or production, strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot), and familiarity with SAP/PLM systems.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent life experience.
• 0-2 years of prior experience in fashion product management, production, or project management preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP and pivot tables; strong Office skills.
• Experience with purchasing systems and PLM; SAP experience ideal.

Responsibilities

• Issue all purchase orders, factory splits with accuracy and timeliness for on-time fulfillment.
• Continually review all bulk production deliveries to ensure on time execution.
• Manage all sample orders tracking ETAs and providing updates to the business.
• Review production variances with supervisor and merchandising for resolution.
• Manage production related MOQ surcharges.
• Report regularly on key business metrics.
• Manage rework when needed.
• Maintain and manage all purchase orders in SAP to ensure system accuracy at any given time.
• Work on other related projects as required by supervisor

This Role is Tailor-Made for You Because:

The Assistant will be responsible to support the Production Team with PO issuance, PO maintenance, delivery reports, sample orders under the guidance of Senior Manager/Director. They will closely monitor production from PO placement to receipt in the warehouse.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Issue all purchase orders, factory splits with accuracy and timeliness for on-time fulfillment.

To Land This Role:

EDUCATION & PRIOR EXPERIENCE NEEDED

• BA/BS degree or equivalent life experience.
• 0-2 years of prior experience in fashion product management, production, or project management preferred.
• Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple work streams in parallel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required, including the ability to use functions such as VLOOKUP and pivot tables; strong overall Microsoft Office skills preferred.
• Experience with purchasing systems and PLM (a plus); SAP experience ideal.

The compensation range for this position is $26 - $31.25/hr. Our offer will be based on your relevant experience and work location.
