Job summary

BDO USA is seeking a Senior Manager to lead RTR and ATR service performance within its Global Business Services organization in Columbus, OH. You will partner with Finance leadership and offshore teams to ensure efficient, customer‑focused delivery and continuous improvement across processes.

You will drive governance, performance reporting, and stakeholder engagement, balancing operational capability with business requirements and supporting automation and digital transformation initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience in service delivery management for RTR/ATR functions is preferred.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and governance experience.
• Knowledge of SLA/KPI development and performance reporting is desirable.
• Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methods.
• Ability to lead cross‑functional initiatives and drive change.

Responsibilities

• Oversee service delivery management for RTR and ATR processes, ensuring SLA compliance and reliable performance.
• Serve as a main liaison between Finance leadership, stakeholders, and offshore delivery teams.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and scorecards for performance measurement.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and standardization across regions and centers.
• Support governance, controls, and audit readiness across RTR/ATR operations.
