Job summary

Ellenco Estágios e Treinamentos seeks a Senior Engineer OT Enablement with strong RTLS expertise for Houston, TX. The role focuses on real-time location services, asset tracking, and safety compliance across refineries, offshore platforms, pipelines, LNG terminals, and depots.

Ideal candidates will have hands-on Wi‑Fi, BLE, beaconing, and anchor-based systems experience in hazardous environments, plus OT networking and SCADA/DCS familiarity.

Qualifications

• Experience with RTLS in Oil & Gas or hazardous environments.
• Hands-on with Wi‑Fi, BLE, beacon-based systems.
• Knowledge of RSSI, AoA, ToF, trilateration.
• Industrial OT networking incl. WLAN, VLANs, segmentation.
• Experience with SCADA/DCS systems and OT security.

Responsibilities

• RTLS & Safety: personnel tracking (man-down, mustering), asset and tool tracking in hazardous areas, geofencing and emergency alerts, real-time site visibility.
• Network & Infrastructure: optimize industrial Wi‑Fi and BLE networks for harsh environments, RF surveys and heat mapping, ensure high availability and redundancy, validate intrinsically safe RTLS devices, support safety audits.
