Job summary

TEAM Industrial Services, Inc. seeks a certified NDT/NDE Technician to perform non-destructive testing at client sites. The role requires multiple NDT methods, RT/MT/PT/UT/VT, and a strong focus on data accuracy, client satisfaction, safety, and quality.

The candidate will travel to various locations, supervise assistants, and ensure compliance with safety protocols while maintaining detailed documentation of tests and results.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug/alcohol screening and background check.
• Ability to obtain TWIC, DISA, or other site credentials.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; able to communicate results clearly.
• Willingness to travel and work extended hours in field environments.
• Safety-first mindset and adherence to site safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Perform nondestructive testing using certified methods per procedures and codes.
• Accurately interpret, evaluate, and document test results in reports and systems.
• Supervise NDT Assistants and support personnel in the field.
• Calibrate and operate NDT equipment and related tools safely.
• Coordinate with project managers and clients on scope, access, and results.
• Maintain detailed records including reports and safety documentation.
• Ensure radiation safety practices and use of dosimetry when applicable.
• Adhere to Life Critical Expectations and site safety rules.
• Uphold TEAM's standards of professionalism and quality.
