• Ability to operate independently, demonstrate critical thinking, and adapt to changing acuity levels.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, continuous quality respiratory care across various settings.
• Perform intubations, blood gas analysis, and critical care procedures.
• Support patients and families through education and compassionate care.
• Ensure adherence to protocols for ventilator and airway management.
