Candidates should have 0-2 years of clinical experience, with at least 6 months in critical care.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of clinical experience, with at least 6 months in critical care.
• Certifications NBRC-RRT, RCP, BLS and ACLS required upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Performing patient assessments, managing ventilators, administering medications, and conducting procedures such as intubation and arterial blood gas analysis.
• Educating patients and supporting staff development, while collaborating with healthcare team members for comprehensive care planning.
• Promoting a safe, high-quality environment through adherence to policies, documentation, and performance improvement initiatives.
• Participating in invasive/non-invasive procedures and pulmonary diagnostic testing as needed.
