Responsibilities

• Designing customized RPO solutions aligned with client hiring objectives and business goals.
• Leading discovery sessions to understand client challenges and processes.
• Developing recruiting delivery models, workflows, and operational frameworks for scalable service delivery.
• Collaborating with sales, operations, implementation, pricing, and bid support teams on proposals.
• Recommending sourcing strategies, recruitment marketing approaches, and technology solutions.
• Supporting RFP responses, proposal development, and client-facing discussions.
• Presenting solution design recommendations and articulating value of RPO offerings in client meetings.
• Developing pricing approaches in partnership with sales and deal shaping teams.
• Managing solution design timelines and ensuring stakeholder alignment throughout the pursuit lifecycle.
• Leveraging market intelligence and workforce trends to enhance solution effectiveness.
