Job summary

Magrym Consulting, Inc. in Fort Worth, TX, seeks an experienced Project Manager/RPLS to lead land surveying projects from start to finish. You will coordinate field crews, technicians, and clients to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with uncompromising accuracy.

The role requires an active Texas RPLS license, 6+ years in land surveying or related fields, and strong CAD skills (Civil 3D/AutoCAD). Excellent organization and communication are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Active Texas RPLS license.
• 6+ years of experience in land surveying, civil engineering, or construction project management.
• Familiarity with boundary, topographic, ALTA/ACSM, and construction staking surveys.
• Working knowledge of Civil 3D, AutoCAD, or similar survey/CAD software.
• Strong organization and communication skills.
• Understanding of platting and municipal permitting processes.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Oversee land surveying projects from initiation through completion.
• Coordinate field crews, survey technicians, and clients.
• Manage scoping, scheduling, budgeting, and deliverables.
• Review survey data, plats, and legal descriptions for accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with Texas licensing and local regulations.
• Prepare and monitor project invoices and change orders.
• Collaborate with CAD staff using Civil 3D/AutoCAD.
• Maintain client communications with regular status updates.
