Job summary

Magrym Consulting, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager/RPLS in Texas to oversee land surveying projects from initiation to completion. You will coordinate field crews, technicians, and clients to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with the highest accuracy and compliance.

Responsibilities include scoping, scheduling, field coordination, and reviewing deliverables, while maintaining budgets and change orders. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential, along with a valid Texas

Qualifications

• Active Texas RPLS license is required.
• 6+ years of experience in land surveying, civil engineering, or construction project management.
• Familiarity with boundary, topographic, ALTA/ACSM, and construction staking surveys.
• Working knowledge of Civil 3D/AutoCAD is preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee land surveying projects from initiation through completion.
• Coordinate field crews, survey technicians, and clients.
• Manage scoping, scheduling, field coordination, and deliverables.
• Review survey data, plats, and legal descriptions for accuracy.
• Monitor project budgets, invoicing milestones, and change orders.
• Ensure compliance with Texas licensing, platting, and utility coordination.
• Maintain project documentation, permits, and easement research.
• Provide regular status updates to clients.
• Assist in proposal/bid preparation for new projects.
