Magrym Consulting, Inc. is seeking an experienced RPLS Project Manager in Midland, Texas to oversee land surveying projects from initiation to completion.

You will coordinate field crews, survey technicians, and clients to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with high accuracy and compliance. The role requires a Texas RPLS license, 6+ years of related experience, and strong skills in communication, scheduling, and coordination across field and office teams.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Texas RPLS license.
• 6+ years of experience in land surveying, civil engineering, or construction project management.
• Familiarity with boundary, topographic, ALTA/ACSM, and construction staking surveys.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsabilités

• Oversee full project lifecycle: scoping, scheduling, field coordination, and deliverable review.
• Serve as primary client contact with regular status updates.
• Coordinate with survey crews and CAD/drafting staff to align field and office work.
• Review survey data, plats, and legal descriptions for accuracy before delivery.
• Track project budgets, invoicing milestones, and change orders.
• Ensure compliance with licensing boards, platting regulations, and utility coordination.
